Kelly Towers - Head Veterinary Nurse
I joined the practice in September 1996 as a work placement student, gained my veterinary nursing qualifications by 1999 and haven't looked back! I love nursing animals through treatments, procedures and health conditions, with equal passion for medical cases and surgical cases.
I have 2 terriers, Jack & Indi, who like nothing more than exploring the local countryside with me and my family.
Favourite pastimes include walking, skiing and cooking"
Sarah Hawley - Veterinary Nurse (RVN,MBVNA)
I came to Burch Tree Vets in 2001 voluntarily and never left! I got employed firstly as a Kennel Maid and then went on to attend Myerscough College to study Veterinary Nursing, qualifying in 2005.
I live with a bonkers high-maintenance cat called Renfield (who came to us as a stray). I'm a Vegan and absolutely adore cooking and experimenting with plant-based recipes. I enjoy doing marathons (on Netflix that is), socialising with friends, having a Gin & Tonic and travelling to new places.
Paige Holmes - Veterinary Nurse (RVN)
I started at Burch Tree Vets originally doing work experience in 2008 and spent my school holidays back at the practice gaining more experience to help me reach my goal of becoming a Veterinary Nurse. Eventually in 2010 they gave up and employed me as a Saturday girl. I attended Myerscough College between 2011 and 2014, in which I gained my degree in Veterinary Nursing.
Outside of work my favorite thing to do it spend quality time with my husband and daughter. Especially taking my daughter to see animals!!
I have 2 kitty cat friends, Bella the naughty tortie and Henry the cuddlemonster. They keep me very busy as they are so mischievous.
Isobel Ford - Auxiliary Vet Nurse
My name is Izzy. I joined Burch Tree in February 2015 at the Carnforth branch last year as a Student Veterinary Nurse. However since joining Burch Tree, I now have a different role of a Auxiliary Vet Nurse. I will be continuing my studies next year... Watch this space! :) I have other qualifications such as Animal Nursing Assistant and Animal care level 2. I have a very cheeky tabby called Paddy, who I think is currently going through a mid-life crisis. I love animals and I get puppy and kitten broody (Warning to all puppy and kitten owners, I may steal your fur babies).
You can find me at the Carnforth branch within normal hours and sometimes out of hours during the weekend or at our Morecambe branch.
Kelly Gott - Student Veterinary Nurse
I have been with Burch Tree vets for almost 4 years now, I started as a receptionist but found my real passion training as a veterinary nurse. My cat Pandora is my world!! But I also have a love for reptials, with my two royal pythons marble and sausage. Out of work I mostly enjoy riding my mountain bike with friends and racing for my team TRG.
